Apply the toothpaste to the toothbrush. Place the bristles of the brush head between your teeth and gums at a 45° angle and use vertical sweeping motions to help remove plaque.
Repeat the process on the inside of the teeth and on the chewing surfaces.

Brushing should last at least 2 minutes and be done after each meal.
