The VELVET TOUCH LIPLINER WATERPROOF has fantastic color pigmentation and is extremely water resistant .

Contains vitamin E and jojoba oil. Without mineral oil. Waterproof.

How to use:
  • Start by applying a light concealer around the corners of your mouth to clean up the edges.
  • Then use the lip liner to line the outer edge of your lips.
  • Draw an X in the center of the upper lip and draw a thick vertical line in the center of the lower lip.
  • This creates a full lip effect while contouring the natural shape of your lips.
