Top coat or nail polish? Catrice's Dream In Highlighter Nail Polish can do both.
You decide what type of manicure you want to use it for. If you want to use it as a top coat: Paint your nails with a nail polish of your choice and let them dry well.
Next, apply Catrice Dream In Highlighter Nail Polish, either on the entire nail or just on the tip of the nail.
If you want to use it as a nail polish: With a thin layer, you create a delicate shimmer look. For a more intense effect, apply makeup a second time with the nail polish.
