The delivery of samples as a courtesy for your order is subject to availability and stock at that time. They cannot be chosen and are randomly distributed.

Occasionally, we do not have samples in stock to give to our customers. Therefore, if you have not received a sample, please contact the Customer Service team in your next order, indicating the order number in order to add samples manually.
